Refund policy

REFUND POLICY-

01. You are only eligible for a full refund if you cancel your shoot 72 hours before the scheduled and confirmed appointment. Additionally, you can reschedule your appointment within this time period with no additional cost.

02. If for any reason the appointment is cancelled within the 72 hour period we will reschedule your shoot at the next available appointment for a fee of $50.00. If a videographer/photographer arrives at a property and the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled a $100.00 fee will be assessed.
